Corian® Joint Adhesive can be considered a low-emitting material that will not negatively affect indoor air quality.
Description
Corian® Joint adhesive are optimized for use at room temperature. Lower temperature will reduce the cure rate, while elevated temperature will increase the cure rate and reduce working time. It may be used with manual or pneumatic dispensers. These adhesives are available in a 50 mL cartridge and a variety of colors, which are color-coordinated with DuPont surfacing materials. This adhesive meets the Low VOC emission limit. Corian® Joint adhesives are flammable. It is not intended for bonding dissimilar materials unless specifically approved by DuPont. To insure the longest shelf life, the adhesive should be stored in a well-ventilated room, in the dark. The recommended storage temperature range for these adhesives are 41-73°F (5-23°C). Cartridges should be stored on their sides. Exposure to elevated temperatures will shorten shelf life. Do not place it in the freezer.
