Return Policy
We understand that sometimes, a product isn't the perfect fit for your business. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following return guidelines:
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order any time before it's marked as "Shipped" in your account by contacting our customer service team at enquiry@aldanube.com, calling 800 69 89, or going to the order section under “My Account”
- After Shipment: An order cannot be cancelled directly once it has shipped. However, you can initiate a return request as outlined below.
Returns (In-Stock Items Only)
- Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- All returns require pre-approval on a case-by-case basis.
- Items must be in original, unassembled, unused condition and original packaging.
- Flat-pack items must remain unassembled and in their original packaging.
- Initiating a Return:
- Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the "Orders" section.
- Click on the order you wish to return.
- Select the "Initiate Return" option and follow the prompts to submit your request.
- After receiving your return request, our team will contact you within 1-2 business days to initiate the returns process and provide further instructions.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise by emailing enquiry@aldanube.com with relevant photographs if possible.
Refunds
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
- Please note:
- Depending on your bank, the refund may take 10 to 45 days to reflect in your account.
- Customers are responsible for the full transportation costs (round trip) for returns due to a change of mind. These costs will be deducted from the refund.
- For wrong or damaged products, 100% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
Manufacturer's/Designer's Guarantee
Products sold by danubedecor.com are backed by a manufacturer's/designer's guarantee. In case of product issues, we will determine if replacement parts or a replacement product needs to be sent or ordered from the supplier.
Important Notes
- This policy applies to standard in-stock online purchases only.
- For large-volume orders or special contracts, please refer to your specific agreement for return terms.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting our policy requirements.
